*All Personal Car expenses shall be calculated and billed at a rate of $0.70 per Statute Mile. All Flights Commercial Flights will be made in Economy, unless the applicable flight has a Duration of >4 hours, then Business Class, or its equivalent will ticketed. All Hotels shall be at a minimum of a ‘Three-Star’ Rating. Rental Cars shall be ‘Full-Size’ vehicles. Food per diem is $75/day
